Lady Blue Award

Trophies were design for presentation at a Zeta Sorority awards ceremony.  The colors and design were selected to reflect the colors and creativity of the sorority. 

 

Each trophy was designed to mimic the strength and power of crystals.  Glass frit was fused into a 6 1/2" circle with pieces of blue and white glass pearls dotting the circle. 

 

In order to distinguish the awards, an iridescent rose   was created and fused to the center of one of the circles.   

 

The 61/2" round, 3/8" thick circles were mounted to blue stripped wood blanks.
